Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This policy applies to the VPNVD marketing website and user panel. It explains what information the service uses to provide cross-border network acceleration subscriptions, process orders, and respond to support tickets. Third-party payment pages and external services are governed by their own privacy policies.

Account and Order Data

VPNVD does not require an email address to open an account; a username and password are sufficient. Email is optional, and the service does not require a registration email when an account is created. Account identifiers and login credentials are used to verify identity, maintain account access, and manage subscriptions.

Order records include the selected plan, order status, payment result, and refund processing information. They are used to deliver subscriptions, reconcile transactions, and handle disputes. Subscription status, traffic allowances, and cumulative usage are used to apply subscription rules; these billing records do not include a list of websites visited.

When a user submits a support ticket, the service processes the problem description and attachments they provide. Do not submit passwords, full subscription links, sensitive payment credentials, or personal details unrelated to the issue.

No Logs

VPNVD does not record which websites users visit, or store browsing content, destinations, or DNS queries that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity. The service does not create historical records linking accounts to specific network activity.

Connection logs are not retained persistently: no historical records are kept that link users to connection start and end times, sources, or destinations. Temporary connection states needed during operation are used only for current communications and are not kept as browsing history after a connection ends.

Cumulative account traffic, orders, and support tickets are service management data, not browsing or connection logs. If troubleshooting requires users to provide client error details, remove account credentials and browsing content first. The service will not ask users to troubleshoot by publicly sharing a full subscription link.

Site Analytics and Local Storage

Website analytics help us understand page visits, entry clicks, and how pages are used, so we can improve content and workflows. Analytics are limited to interactions with the website and user panel. They are not used to track other websites accessed through international routes or to include such activity in marketing analytics.

Cookies or browser local storage may be used to maintain login status, save language preferences, and retain necessary interface settings. Login credentials remain in the current browser environment. Manage shared devices carefully and log out when finished.

Users can restrict cookies or clear site storage in their browser settings. Clearing storage may require logging in again and resetting preferences. This affects only data on the device and does not automatically delete account or order records held by the service.

Third-Party Payments and Data Disclosure

The service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by third-party payment services or the relevant network. VPNVD uses order identifiers, transaction results, and necessary reconciliation details to confirm payment; users are not asked to provide payment account passwords to the service.

Third parties handle transaction information according to their own policies. USDT transactions may leave public on-chain records, which cannot be removed by deleting a VPNVD account. The service does not sell personal data. When disclosure is legally required, it handles data already held only to the extent required by applicable rules.

Retention and Deletion Requests

Account data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service; support ticket information is retained while an issue is being handled and for any necessary review. Order and refund records may need to be kept for transaction reconciliation, dispute handling, or legal requirements. When the purpose for retention ends, relevant data should be deleted or disassociated from identifying information. Data is not kept indefinitely without a purpose.

Users can submit access, correction, or deletion requests through user panel support tickets. The service will verify account ownership and explain what can be handled. Deleting an account may affect subscription access. Records that must be retained by law or for an unresolved dispute will have their use restricted, and the reason will be explained. A deletion request is not a refund request; refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.

Policy Updates and Contact

If this policy changes because of new features, changes to data handling, or applicable requirements, the revised text will be published on this page and the month at the top will be updated. Important changes to data use will be explained through an on-site notice before the relevant processing begins. Consent will be requested separately when required by law.

If you have questions about this policy or data handling, submit them through a user panel support ticket. Include only the information necessary for verification and handling, and do not post account details on public pages.
