Refund Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains the refund window, request process, and refund principles for VPNVD subscription services. Refund requests are handled through tickets in the user panel. Order verification, requests for additional information, and decisions are all confirmed in the same ticket.
Refund Window and Eligibility
You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. The window starts at the time of your first successful payment and is verified against the time you submit a refund ticket. Subsequent renewals, upgrades, or data package purchases do not restart the refund window for the first payment.
You do not need to provide screenshots of connection failures or explain why you no longer use the service when requesting a refund within the window. List monthly subscriptions and data package orders separately in your request to help verify the amount paid and order status. Data packages do not expire; this describes their usage period and does not mean the refund window remains open indefinitely.
Refunds are based on verified payment records. Unpaid orders and closed orders with no charge have no funds to refund; orders already refunded will not be refunded again. Requests made after the window are not covered by this policy's no-questions-asked refund commitment. For duplicate charges or order irregularities, you may still request an investigation through a ticket.
Usage Records and Order Irregularities
Connecting normally, importing a client, or using plan data should not, on its own, be grounds for denying a no-questions-asked refund requested within the window. This policy sets no data usage percentage, usage frequency, or remaining data threshold, and does not replace an eligible full refund with a credit based on unused balance.
If a request involves a dispute over excessive use, an account violation, payment by someone else, or a payment dispute, VPNVD will first review the specific order and relevant records rather than deciding based only on account status. Additional proof of payment may be needed during verification; the ticket will explain what needs to be checked. An unresolved irregularity will not be treated as a user's decision to give up refund rights.
If there is a dispute over who owns the funds or a payment channel restriction, the necessary checks must be completed first to avoid refunding an unrelated account. The handling must be clearly documented and must not reduce an applicable refund commitment through new, undisclosed usage conditions.
How to Request a Refund and What to Provide
- Sign in to the user panel, open the ticket portal, request a refund, and list the orders that need verification.
- Provide the order number, payment time, payment method, and amount paid. If the order status does not match the charge record, you may attach proof of payment with unrelated information redacted.
- Check the verification result in the original ticket and provide any necessary additional information. Keep a record of your submission. Additional information is handled in the original ticket; you do not need to submit a new request to change the request date.
No email address is required; use your username and password to access your account. Refund verification does not require your account password, full subscription link, or payment account login credentials. Do not post order documents on public pages. If you cannot sign in temporarily, use the account recovery option in the panel first to avoid confusion over order ownership caused by creating another account.
Refunds to the Original Payment Method and Status
Refunds are generally sent to the original payment method and not to an unrelated recipient. Once verification is approved, the ticket will show the refund status. If the original method cannot accept the refund, the reason must first be explained in the ticket and a workable option confirmed with the payer; funds will not be changed to account credit or another substitute benefit without approval.
Request verification, payment channel processing, and receipt of funds are separate steps. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the payment channel and recipient account status; this policy does not promise a fixed processing time. A submitted refund request does not mean the funds have arrived. Check the original payment channel's records, and if the funds have not arrived, request a review of the refund confirmation and current status in the original ticket.
Payment Methods and Further Handling
Alipay and WeChat Pay orders are refunded through the original transaction channel where possible. USDT transfers cannot be reversed in the same way as these payment methods, so “refund to the original method” does not mean the original transaction is automatically canceled. Before processing, the original payment record, transfer network, and refund destination must be checked and confirmed in the ticket to avoid losses caused by a network or address mismatch.
If there are channel restrictions or network fees, the basis and impact must be explained before processing. Undisclosed fixed fees will not be used to reduce the full refund commitment. Once a refund is completed, the paid benefits associated with that order will be adjusted accordingly. Any other active orders on the account must be checked separately to avoid conflating them.
For account use and information handling rules, see the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you have questions about the outcome, request a review in the original ticket and specify the order or payment record that needs to be checked again.
