Services and Scope

VPNVD provides subscriptions to international routes for cross-border access, along with access through compatible client apps. Supported platforms include Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Route selection, subscription access, and client entry points are available through the user panel. Plan prices and data allowances are as shown on the plan pricing page and at checkout.

The service provides network connectivity. It does not provide accounts, membership benefits, or content licenses for third-party websites or apps. Third-party services set their own regional requirements and access rules. A successful network connection does not grant eligibility to use those services; users must still comply with the applicable platform terms.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Keep your password, subscription link, and imported configuration secure, and do not post them on public pages or in groups. If credentials are exposed or used unexpectedly, change your password promptly and request assistance through a ticket in the user panel.

There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, but the subscription may only be used by the account holder on devices they personally use. Reselling, renting, or lending an account, or sharing subscription links, configurations, or access with others, is prohibited. An unlimited device limit does not permit providing network access to others.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. Choose a plan based on your needs and check usage in the user panel. Closing the client or leaving a device idle does not pause subscription billing.

Acceptable Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and to their use of the service. The service must not be used for unlawful purposes. Prohibited conduct includes network attacks, unauthorized access, spreading malicious software, fraud, and violations of another person's privacy or intellectual property. Users must not use the service to disrupt the normal operation of other users' or third parties' systems.

Users are responsible for the content they access, publish, or transmit, and for having the necessary authorization. Network acceleration does not change the legal nature of an action or replace the need to assess third-party content, account eligibility, or transaction risks. The no-logs policy is described in the Privacy Policy and does not waive users' legal obligations.

Service Availability and Liability

Connection quality depends on factors such as the local network, carrier routing, device settings, destination services, and maintenance. VPNVD does not guarantee that every route will always connect, or promise a particular speed, uninterrupted service, or continuous access to any third-party platform. If a problem occurs, try another route and submit the relevant troubleshooting details through a support ticket.

The service may be interrupted or adjusted due to maintenance, upstream network changes, or events beyond reasonable control. VPNVD will address service issues as required by applicable law. Responsibility for third-party failures outside the service's control and errors in user configurations will be assessed based on the actual cause. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limit consumers' statutory rights.

Account Restrictions and Termination

If a user violates acceptable-use requirements, resells or shares a subscription, disrupts service operations, or otherwise seriously breaches these terms, VPNVD may restrict connections, suspend the subscription, or terminate the account depending on the impact. Urgent action may be taken first when necessary. Users who disagree may explain the situation and request a review through a user panel support ticket.

Changes to These Terms and Notices

VPNVD may update these terms in response to legal requirements or changes to the service or operating rules, and will state the update month on this page. Changes affecting users' important rights will be explained through an on-site announcement or a notice in the user panel. Updates to this page will not be used to retroactively take away rights already obtained under applicable law.

Users should review updates after receiving a notice. If you have questions about a change or do not accept the applicable arrangements, you may stop using the service and ask through a support ticket how an existing subscription will be handled. Disputes concerning a specific order will be handled based on the information disclosed at checkout, the applicable terms, and the law.
