For account, subscription, connection, or billing issues, submit a ticket through the user panel. Keep the issue and any relevant records in one ticket so you can preserve context, track replies, and provide additional information.
You need to sign in to access tickets. If you don't have an account yet, you can create one with a username and password—no email address required.
Contact Options & When to Use Them
User Panel Tickets
Use a ticket for issues that require an account or order check, such as subscription status, payment results, data resets, client connections, or refund requests. After submitting, check the user panel for replies and progress. Add any further details by replying to the same ticket.
Email
VPNVD has not published a contact email and does not currently offer a verifiable email support channel. For account or order questions, use a ticket through the user panel. Do not send account details or payment records to unverified addresses.
Telegram
VPNVD has not published a Telegram contact account or a response time for that channel. Refer to the information on this site and in the user panel. Do not confirm payment or refund details through search results or unsolicited messages.
What to Include in a Support Ticket
Connection Issues
Include your device's operating system, client name, selected region and route type, when the issue occurred, and the exact error message. Note whether other sites are accessible and whether switching routes changes anything. This helps identify whether the issue is with your local network, configuration, or the destination service.
Account & Billing
Tell us which page you were using, what you expected to happen, and what appeared instead. For payment issues, include the order number, payment method, and any relevant transaction screenshots. Hide personal information unrelated to the inquiry.
Refund Questions
VPNVD offers a 60-day refund policy. Include your refund request and relevant order details in a ticket. See the refund policy for eligibility details. You do not need to provide your account password.
VPNVD has not published a fixed response time. An initial reply and resolution are separate stages; account verification, payment checks, or connection troubleshooting may require more information. Check your ticket for the latest updates. Keep the conversation in the original ticket to preserve context.
While you wait for a reply, check the Getting Started Guide for help with clients and importing subscriptions. For region detection, persistent connections, or API calls with AI tools, see the AI Acceleration Guide. For plan data and billing details, visit Plan Pricing.
